Asthma, COPD and other breathing conditions can really make life a pain. Doing a nebulizer at home is really the only option when operating the compressor units. They are loud and bulky. Well, Omron has come out with the Omron MicroAir Vibrating Mesh Nebulizing System NE-U22V system that will change all that for you. I’ve been using it for a little less than a year. Here’s my review of the unit.

I bought Omron NE-U22v after my latest and the most scariest asthma (or panic attack), due to which I was in the hospital for nearly 3 days. I like the product so much that I decided that everyone who hass been sufering from asthma like me should know about Omron NE-U22v.

What you get out of that is super fine mist. I’ve never seen mist this fine. That allows for great inhalation of the medicine in the reservoir. I use rechargeable batteries and it takes a long time to wear them down. This thing is ultra portable because of its size. The delivery system was a bit rough, my started heart pounding so fast (as if I just ran a marathon) everytime I used it. . All you have to do is close your eyes and blow on the top to get the liquid off. Once you do that, the fine mist will start again. To minimize this problem, don’t exhale out the mouth piece.
Cleaning is a breeze. Just make sure you use distilled water, not only for operation, but also for cleaning the mesh unit. Normal water can contain sediment that would render it useless.

The Omron NE-U22v nebulizer is actually considered the best nebulizer on the market today. It uses set (i.e. two) of standard ‘AA’ batteries, It’s really so compact that it can be put in a pocket or purse with ease. Even kids can use it and carry it in a backpack.
